Job Duties
Provide full support to the Assistant Office Manager on daily Admin & HR operations
Responsible for daily office routine and clerical support on filing & documentation works
Maintain up-to-date record and contact lists
Stationery, office supplies ordering and equipment maintenance
Handle phone-calls & greet visitors
Assist with other ad hoc corporate and investor relations activities
Five days work
Requirements
Form 6 or above;
At least 3 years working experience in relevant administrative & HR field;
Familiar with Macau Employment Ordinance and related regulations would be an advantage;
Proficiency in MS applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing;
Good Command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin is preferred;
Good attitude and communication skills;
Strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn;
Highly self-motivated, hardworking with common sense and a good team player
