Roles and Responsibilities
To monitor the work program and implement cost and quality control measures
To supervise sub-contractors' work and progress
To co-ordinate with internal staff and suppliers
To ensure all activities comply with contractual and statutory requirements
To liaise with all the relevant parties, including clients, consultants, main contractor, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. involved in the project
To manage all procedures for project operation and administration
To attend all relevant meetings and to report progress regularly
Requirements
Diploma or above in building studies / interior design or equivalent
At least 5 years' project management experience in fitting out projects
Technically proficiency
Excellent communication skill and proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
Self-motivated
